Inspired by Mordialloc’s tree-lined Main Street, the Francis logo features a monogram with stylised palm motif, encased in an elegant arch.

The DASH name has become synonymous with utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship. As builders of premium residential developments, they are proud of the products and materials they use in each build, and wanted a way to communicate this to potential buyers.

Our solution was to produce a set of custom presentation boxes that house and protect the materials. These bespoke, oversized boxes act as portable, tactile showrooms that encourage engagement and interaction with the products. Each sample can be removed and held to feel the quality of the product. QR codes revealed beneath are an invitation to learn more about the carefully curated selection of products.

Every piece of marketing, from the digital brochure to the site signage, was thoughtfully designed to inspire potential buyers to see Francis as their future home.
