Yes, we’re always open to discussing options for Superfluid to support your business on an ongoing basis. If you’re interested in setting up a retainer, or discussing other ongoing support for you and your team, please send us an email and we’ll set a time to discuss.

We offer two payment types on all invoices:
- Bank deposit
- Credit / debit card
We’re open to discussing splitting payments into instalments, however this is dependent on the project and will need to be agreed on prior to commencement date.
We usually require a deposit before commencing work – this is normally 50% of the project’s full investment figure. Deposits allow us to allocate time and resources to your project.
We strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and maintain open dialogue throughout all projects.
- Due to the nature of our services, we generally don’t issue refunds unless we have completely underdelivered on what was included in your quote.
- We may however issue a partial refund or credit towards future projects at our discretion.
